Are you upbeat, reliable, and ready to lead with a smile? Toft Dairy is looking for enthusiastic year-round Part Time Shift Managers to join our team at the Dairy Store & Parlor. We are a local tradition, serving up delicious ice cream and unforgettable customer experiences! Our shift managers start out at $15 - $16 an hour plus tips! If you are over 18 and attending a local college, university or trade school this position offers a great opportunity to secure an income while attending classes. What You'll Do:

• Lead with energy and a customer-first attitude
• Scoop ice cream, craft sundaes, blend milkshakes, and serve up smiles
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment (inside and out!)
• Support and guide team members during your shift
• Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and to our "One-Quality" standards
• Take part in opening and closing duties, and handle various leadership responsibilities
